Meet Niki

Niki Ramirez’s dance career truly reflects a deep commitment to the world of dance, from performing on various stages to shaping the next generation of dancers through education and dance studio management. She has performed in shows in Branson, Las Vegas, and Puerto Rico and then moved into international performances with Sandcastle Saipan, a dinner theater magic show featuring America’s Got Talent Magician star Anthony Reed. While living in Los Angeles, Niki performed with the Bling Divas Entertainment Group, the Top Hats Ensemble Group, and booked national commercials including Ford and Invisalign, and various industrials.

She received her BFA in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University. Niki spent a decade on staff at Showstopper National Dance Competition as a judge, announcer, and production manager. Having experience across multiple areas of the industry—performance, teaching, judging, and studio operations—gives her a well-rounded perspective. She has managed studios in San Antonio, Ventura, and Los Angeles, with large enrollments and full-scale recital productions. Her passion for creating a positive experience for dancers and their families shows in her approach to studio operations, which is a vital but often overlooked part of dance education.
